BD is seeking a Technical Support Specialist 2 to assist with ES 1.1x upgrades and remediation efforts. You will handle high-priority issues, communicate across teams, and troubleshoot from server to station, including SQL data, Windows OS, and BD product integrations.

You will work remotely from a home office with occasional in-office needs and must be able to coordinate with field service when required. A bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Electronic Technologies or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Experience writing SQL queries and analyzing data (SELECT and JOIN).
• Exposure to SSIS, SQL Reporting Services, and Windows Server administration.
• Knowledge of networking, IIS, VMware and XML language is preferred.
• Ability to review application and OS logs and troubleshoot complex issues.

Responsabilités

• Mentor and resolve complex, time-sensitive and high-risk issues including escalations.
• Coordinate with ES 1.1x upgrade teams to ensure timely support communication.
• Maintain data quality in Salesforce and provide customer updates.
• Provide remote troubleshooting and dispatch field service when needed.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements for ES 1.1x remediation efforts.
