Job summary

BD, a leading global medical technology company, seeks a Technical Support Specialist 2 to help resolve complex, time-sensitive issues for ES 1.1x upgrades. You will troubleshoot from server to station, coordinate with field services, and maintain high-quality case documentation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, adhere to regulatory requirements, and continuously expand knowledge of BD products and pharmacy workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Electronic Technologies or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
2+ years of Microsoft SQL experience with queries and data analysis.
SSIS exposure/experience and SQL Reporting Services.
Windows Server (2008+) and Desktop Administration, networking basics.
Understanding of BD products, hospital IT environments, and data logs.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with ES 1.1x upgrade team for timely communication and support.
Adhere to regulatory requirements related to ES 1.1x remediation.
Maintain knowledge of ES 1.1x and troubleshoot effectively.
Provide customer service support and accurate case notes in Salesforce.
Coordinate with field service for escalations and downtime issues.
