Humana is seeking accomplished Medicare Field Sales Agents for a field-based role. You must reside in the designated territory to serve the local community and work with a team to deliver Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and related offerings.

You will engage face-to-face with members, participate in community events, and leverage technology to manage enrollments, documentation, and CRM updates. Travel to training and meetings may be required.

Competenze

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes, at community-based events and engaging with the community through service, retail environment, organizations, volunteer work, or local events.
• Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits (or higher, based on state requirements).
• Demonstrated ability to use an iPad, mobile applications, and web-based systems in a customer-facing environment.
• Comfortable navigating multiple technology platforms simultaneously, including enrollment tools, CRM systems, email, and virtual communication tools.
