Job summary

Humana is seeking accomplished Medicare Field Sales Agents to join a field-based team serving your local community. You will work with a Senior Manager and Regional Director, driving self-generated sales and expanding Humana's market presence through face-to-face interactions, events, and in-home visits.

Role requires living in the designated territory, license or eligibility for licensure, and comfort with technology, CRM, and enrollment tools. Training is provided, and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date unless selected for an approved unlicensed foundation hiring class.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes, at community-based events and engaging with the community through service, retail environment, organizations, volunteer work, or local events.
• Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits (or higher, based on state requirements).
• Demonstrated ability to use an iPad, mobile applications, and web-based systems in a customer-facing environment.
• Comfortable navigating multiple technology platforms simultaneously, including enrollment tools, CRM systems, email, and virtual communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver: Build trust and educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings like Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.
• Differentiate: Create meaningful, face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits—providing a personalized experience that sets Humana apart.
• Grow: Drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana's presence in the market by becoming a valued resource and building relationships in your community.
• Leverage Technology: Utilize company-issued iPads and multiple digital platforms simultaneously to support member consultations, enrollments, documentation, CRM updates, and follow-up activities. Navigate technology confidently while providing an exceptional customer experience in face-to-face settings.
