Job summary

You will use company tools like iPads and CRM platforms to support consultations, enrollments, and follow-up, while meeting performance goals and contributing to Humana's local market growth.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance license or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes and events.
• Valid state driver's license and vehicle liability insurance meeting required limits.
• Proficient with iPad, mobile apps, and web-based CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings to members.
• Create meaningful in-person connections through grassroots marketing and events.
• Drive self-generated sales and meet performance goals in the market.
• Utilize iPads and CRM tools for consultations, enrollments, and follow-up.
