Job summary

Humana in the United States is seeking Medicare Field Sales Agents to work in your designated local territory. This field-based role requires in-person engagement at homes, community events, and local venues to educate members about Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans and other offerings.

You will join a team of 8–12 agents reporting to a Senior Manager and Regional Director, with responsibilities to build trust, drive self-generated sales, and expand Humana’s market presence while leveraging

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License is required before start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to serve the community.
• Experience with in-home visits, community events, and local outreach is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings like Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.
• Create meaningful, face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing and community events.
• Grow self-generated sales and meet performance goals within the local market.
• Utilize iPad and multiple digital platforms to support consultations, enrollments, documentation, CRM updates, and follow-up.
