Job summary

Humana is seeking accomplished Medicare Field Sales Agents for a field-based role in the designated territory. You will work with a team under a Senior Manager and Regional Director to educate members on Medicare Advantage plans and other offerings while building community relationships.

Responsibilities include face-to-face engagements, in-home visits, and events to drive sales and service, using iPads and CRM tools to manage enrollments and follow-up, with a strong emphasis on customer

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License is required or must be obtainable before start.
• Must reside in designated local territory to serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes and at events.
• Valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle liability insurance meeting state requirements.
• Experience using iPad, mobile apps, and web-based systems in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to navigate multiple technology platforms, including enrollment tools and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Medicare Advantage plan education and enrollments in the field.
• Differentiate Humana through grassroots marketing and in-home visits.
• Grow self-generated sales and expand market presence.
• Leverage technology to support member consultations and CRM updates.
