Job summary

Humana is seeking accomplished Medicare Field Sales Agents to operate in a field-based role across the designated territory. You will educate members on Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings while building trust through face-to-face interactions in homes and at community events.

You will work with a team led by a Senior Manager, MarketPoint Sales, and report to drive self-generated sales, expand Humana's market presence, and utilize iPad and CRM tools for enrollment and follow-up

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes and at events.
• Valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle liability insurance.
• Proficient with iPad and company apps for member consultations and CRM updates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings to educate members and prospects.
• Build trust through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits.
• Drive self-generated sales and meet performance goals within the territory.
• Utilize technology to support enrollments, documentation, CRM updates and follow-up.
