Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a 100% remote Call Center Representative with experience in benefits enrollment. The role is contract-to-hire with full-time hours and shifts between 8am-8pm EST, Monday through Friday.

The position offers a competitive $20 per hour and remote work setup with equipment provided. Candidates should have at least 2 years of call center experience in benefits or retirement/pension, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2 years of call center experience in benefits enrollment/benefits administration or retirement/pension benefits.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Microsoft Office proficient.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service assistance for Pension and Health & Welfare plans interactions.
• Routinely suggests opportunities for improvement and supports implementations.
• Handles benefit plan inquiries from participants and internal staff; resolves most questions and refers complex issues.
• Accesses systems to obtain information, updates records, and documents activities.
