Job summary

Duke University's Duke Health system seeks a Medical Records Coder II for a fully remote role within the Patient Revenue Management Organization. You will code medical records using ICD-10-CM and CPT-4, review submissions, train staff, and ensure accurate DRG/APC assignments to maximize reimbursement.

The position requires RHIA/RHIT/CCS/CPC or HCS-D credentials, a high school diploma, and strong communication. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered, paid in four equal installments over 24 months.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
