Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Code medical records using ICD-10-CM and CPT conventions.
• Review complex medical records and ensure accurate diagnoses and procedures.
• Coordinate and review work of subordinate staff; assist with training programs.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure quality and appropriate reimbursement.
• Educate physicians and staff on coding practices and conventions.
