Duke Health is seeking a Medical Records Coder II for a fully remote role within the Patient Revenue Management Organization. The coder will utilize ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 coding conventions to code complex medical records, ensure specificity of diagnoses and procedures, and support optimal reimbursement for hospital and professional charges.

Ideal candidates hold RHIA/RHIT/CCS/CPC certifications and have related coding experience.
