Duke University is seeking a Medical Records Coder II for a 100% remote position within the Patient Revenue Management Organization. You will code medical records using ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 conventions, review documentation, and support education initiatives for accurate reimbursement.

RHIA/RHIT/CCS/CPC/HCS-D certifications are preferred, with a high school diploma required. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and DRG/APC knowledge are essential for success in this role.
