Job summary

Duke Health is seeking a Medical Records Coder II for a 100% remote position. In this role you will accurately code medical records using ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 and collaborate with the Patient Revenue Management Organization to ensure proper reimbursement and compliance across the coding workflow.

Applicants must hold RHIA/RHIT/CCS/CPC/HCS-D certifications (or equivalent) and have related coding experience. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available, paid in four installments over 24 months.

• Related coding experience required.

Responsibilities
