Duke Health is seeking a Medical Records Coder II for a fully remote role. The specialist will code using ICD-10-CM and CPT-4, review and train staff, and ensure accurate DRG/APC assignments to maximize reimbursement.

Strong anatomy, physiology, and coding software skills are essential. Candidates must hold RHIA/RHIT/CCS/CPC/HCS-D credentials and be prepared to support hospital and professional coding across Duke Health’s system.
