Duke Health, part of Duke University, seeks a Medical Records Coder II for a fully remote role. You will code inpatient and outpatient records using ICD-10-CM and CPT-4, ensure accurate DRG/APC assignments, and support ongoing education for the coding team.

RHIA/RHIT/CCS/CPC/HCS-D certifications are preferred. You will collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure compliant, timely reimbursement across the Duke Health system.
