Advocate Health seeks a remote educator/trainer to support PB Coding and Coding Integrity teams. You will present education to coders and clinicians, develop training materials, and coordinate sessions across departments.

Required are coding certifications (AHIMA or AAPC) and recent production coding experience. The role involves collaborating with leadership and leveraging online tools to deliver effective instruction.

Formación

• Certification in coding from AHIMA or AAPC is required.
• Experience in coding education and adult learning preferred.
• Ability to develop and deliver education for coders and clinicians.

Responsabilidades

• Presents coding education to coders and clinicians, in person or virtually.
• Develops and maintains education programs and materials.
• Identifies educational needs and coordinates refresher sessions.
• Schedules and delivers trainings across the organization.
