Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and code diagnoses/procedures per ICD-10-CM/PCS and CPT.
• Use TruCode encoder to assign DRGs and MSDRGs accurately.
• Write non-leading queries and communicate with CDI specialists.
• Maintain 95% accuracy and meet productivity standards.
• Adhere to HIPAA and maintain confidentiality.
