Job summary

Managed Resources, Inc. is seeking a Facility Coder for a remote, full-time position. You will code ICD-10-CM/PCS, POA indicators, APR-DRG & MS-DRG, CPT, Modifiers & APC from medical records and identify documentation gaps for client projects.

The role requires RHIT/CCS/CIC credentials and extensive IPPS/OPPS experience, with strong Excel/EMR proficiency. You will contribute to accurate reimbursement, regulatory compliance, and data quality while working in a collaborative, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• Credentials required: RHIT/CCS/CIC.
• AHIMA ICD-10-CM/PCS knowledge.
• High level coding expertise in IPPS and/or OPPS.

Responsibilities

• Abstract ICD-10-CM/PCS, POA, APR-DRG & MS-DRG, CPT, Modifiers & APC from medical records.
• Provide recommendations for incorporation into Executive Summary.
• Meet minimum productivity standards and achieve ≥95% accuracy on quality reviews.
• Comply with HIPAA and data protection policies for PHI access and use.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and coding standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
