• Familiarity with HIPAA and privacy regulations

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound and make outbound calls regarding insurance-related matters with clear documentation
• Research and analyze accounts to resolve payment issues
• Verify insurance details and benefits across multiple sources
• Coordinate with payors to facilitate claim payment and follow up until resolution
