Responsibilities

• Receive and document inbound/outbound calls regarding insurance matters
• Verify benefits and insurance coverage across various channels
• Follow up on denials/non-payments until payment or recourse exhausted
• Research accounts, gather records, and communicate necessary amendments to creditor clients
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and secure documentation in the system
• Meet productivity and performance standards consistently
