BCA Financial Services, Inc. is actively hiring for an Insurance Claim Collector. This remote, full-time role focuses on working with insurance companies to determine denials or non-payments, preparing and submitting documentation, and following claims to payment while adhering to HIPAA and client requirements.

A minimum of 2 years in a healthcare revenue cycle is required. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with comprehensive medical, dental, vision, voluntary life insurance, a 401(k)

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare revenue cycle with insurance billing/collections.
• Knowledge of reimbursement methodologies (fee schedules, per diems, % of charges).
• Understanding of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound/outbound calls regarding insurance matters and document attempts.
• Research accounts by gathering records to resolve payment obstacles.
• Verify insurance benefits via various mediums and update records.
• Communicate with managed care, governmental and commercial carriers to affect payment.
• Maintain productivity standards and HIPAA compliance.
