Humana is seeking a Senior Configuration Professional to lead Medicaid-related product capabilities, backlog management, and implementation support within our care management platform. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years experience supporting healthcare technology platforms, in Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, Configuration Professional, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with GuidingCare, Epic, or comparable care management platforms.
• Strong understanding of Medicaid care management, utilization management, case management, and clinical workflows.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments (Scrum/SAFe) and ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional audiences.
• Strong documentation skills for requirements, decisions, workflows, and procedures.

Aufgaben

• Own Medicaid-related capabilities within care management or related platform.
• Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and business outcomes with stakeholders.
• Prioritize backlog based on business value, regulatory requirements, and impact.
• Translate needs into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and demos with Agile teams.
• Manage configuration analysis, validation, and governance for Medicaid capabilities.
• Collaborate with vendor and internal teams on options, dependencies, and risks.
• Ensure solutions support Medicaid workflows and reporting needs.
• Align with compliance on state/federal requirements and privacy/security.
