Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, IT, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years experience supporting healthcare technology platforms, preferably in Product Owner/Business Analyst roles.
• Hands-on experience with GuidingCare, Epic, or comparable care management platforms.
• Strong understanding of Medicaid care management, utilization, case management, and clinical workflows.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments (Scrum/SAFe) and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the product owner for Medicaid-related capabilities within the platform.
• Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and business outcomes with stakeholders.
• Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on value and regulatory requirements.
• Translate business needs into features, user stories, and functional requirements.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and demos with Agile teams.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to evaluate options and deployment impacts.
• Ensure solutions support Medicaid care management workflows, including authorizations and care plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, and security requirements.
