Job summary

Humana is seeking a Senior Configuration Professional to lead Medicaid-related capabilities within our care management platform. You will define product vision, prioritize the backlog, and ensure configurations meet regulatory and member experience goals.

Collaborating with Medicaid market leaders, clinical operations, and technology teams, you will translate needs into actionable requirements, guide Agile teams, and optimize configurations for operational excellence and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
5+ years experience supporting healthcare technology platforms; product owner or similar role.
Hands-on with care management platforms (GuidingCare, Epic) and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

Own Medicaid-related capabilities as product owner within the platform.
Define product vision, roadmaps, and prioritize backlog based on value and regulatory needs.
Translate business needs into features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and configurations.
Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews with Agile teams.
Ensure configurations align with Medicaid workflows and compliance requirements.
