Conduent State Healthcare, LLC is hiring a Call Center Representative for Medicaid Member Support in a remote role. You will handle escalated inquiries, deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced call center, and help applicants with Medicaid processes while meeting performance goals.

You will navigate multiple systems to gather information, provide eligibility updates, and document calls accurately, following established procedures. This is a full-time position with benefits and training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass the pre-employment screening.
• Have legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
• A minimum of 1 year call center or telephone customer service experience.
• Computer literacy and ability to use multiple programs and navigate multiple screens.
• Comfortable working within established processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Medicaid member inquiries in a call center environment using standard scripts and procedures.
• Gathers information, assesses caller needs, researches, and resolves inquiries, and documents calls.
• Provides clear information regarding member eligibility and assists with Medicaid applications and status updates.
• Follows documented policies and procedures including call handling and escalations.
• Assists as an advocate for Medicaid members to ensure their needs are met.
• Navigate across multiple screens while accessing information from various applications.
• Utilizes multiple systems to gather information and document interactions.
