Conduent State Healthcare, LLC seeks a Call Center Representative for Medicaid Member Support. You will handle escalated inquiries, provide high-quality service, and support applicants throughout the Medicaid process.

The role operates in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and adherence to procedures. Ideal candidates have 1+ year call center experience, excellent communication, and the ability to navigate multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must submit to a pre-employment screening.
• Must have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Minimum 1 year of call center or telephone customer service experience.
• Must pass the Call Center – Service Skills Assessment and Internet Speed test.
• Ability to use multiple programs and navigate multiple screens.

Responsibilities

• Respond to South Carolina Medicaid member inquiries in a call center environment using standard scripts and procedures.
• Gather information, assess caller needs, research, resolve inquiries, and document calls.
• Provide information on member eligibility and assist callers with Medicaid applications and status updates.
• Follow documented policies and procedures including call handling and escalations.
• Advocate for Medicaid members to ensure their needs are met.
• Navigate across multiple computer screens and multiple systems to access information.
