Job summary

Conduent State Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Call Center Representative for Medicaid Member Support. This remote role serves South Carolina members, handling escalations and assisting with Medicaid applications to ensure a positive member experience.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, provide high-quality service, and meet performance goals while using multiple systems to document interactions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum 1 year of call center or telephone customer service experience.
• Must pass the Call Center – Service Skills Assessment and Internet Speed test.
• No visa sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to SC Medicaid member inquiries in a call center using scripts.
• Gathers information, assesses needs, researches and resolves inquiries.
• Provides information on member eligibility and assists with Medicaid applications.
• Follows policies on call handling and escalations.
• Advocates for Medicaid members to ensure needs are met.
• Navigate multiple screens and use several systems to document calls.
