Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to submit to a pre-employment screening.
• Have legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Medicaid member inquiries in a call center using standard scripts.
• Gather information, assess needs, research, resolve inquiries, document calls.
• Provide information on member eligibility and assist with Medicaid applications and status updates.
