You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality service. Qualifications include a high school diploma, 1+ year call center experience, strong communication, and computer literacy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to submit to a pre-employment screening.
• Have legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Respond to South Carolina Medicaid member inquiries in a call center using standard scripts and procedures.
• Gather information, assess caller needs, research, resolve inquiries, and document calls.
• Provide clear information on member eligibility and assist with Medicaid applications and status updates.
• Follow documented policies including call handling and escalations.
• Act as an advocate to ensure members' needs are met.
• Navigate across multiple screens and applications to gather information.
