Conduent is hiring a Call Center Representative – Medicaid Member Support to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. You will handle escalated inquiries, assist with Medicaid applications, and provide accurate updates while meeting performance goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pre-employment screening required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Must pass the Call Center – Service Skills Assessment and Internet Speed test.
• Minimum 1 year of call center experience in telephone customer service or related experience.
• Computer literacy and ability to use multiple programs and navigate multiple screens.
• Comfortable working within established processes and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Respond to Medicaid member inquiries in a call center environment using standard scripts and procedures.
• Gather information, assess caller needs, research, resolve inquiries, and document calls.
• Provide clear information on member eligibility and assist with Medicaid applications and status updates.
• Follow documented policies and handle escalations.
• Act as an advocate for Medicaid members to ensure needs are met.
• Navigate multiple computer screens across various applications to gather information.
