DriveTime is seeking a claims associate who can evaluate diagnostics and repair recommendations for pre-sale repairs and customer vehicles under warranty. You will adjudicate claims, document interactions clearly, and coordinate with repair facilities while following department processes.

The role requires automotive knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, home-based setup with regular schedules and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
• Proficient typing and general computer skills.
• Comfortable in a high-volume, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicates claims within approval limits and in accordance with standards.
• Notates all actions and interactions in internal systems with proper documentation.
• Navigate resources to follow department processes and policies.
• Manages pending claims list and provides timely follow-up with repair facilities.
• Other duties as assigned.
