GO Car Wash is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to orchestrate campaigns, field programs, and launches across its growing network. You’ll lead cross-functional work with vendors, field operators, and leadership in a fast-paced, remote environment with up to 15% travel within the US.

The ideal candidate takes ownership, solves problems proactively, and thrives in a dynamic setting. This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and supports 156+ locations nationwide.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in marketing operations, PM, or related role.
• Experience supporting multi-location retail or service businesses.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive accountability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, launches, and adoption.
• Coordinate across Marketing, Operations, CX, vendors, and field teams.
• Track deliverables, risks, and milestones for multiple initiatives.
• Maintain visibility and proactively communicate status updates.
• Identify problems early and present solutions, not just flags.
• Own local listings, digital presence, and local SEO updates.
