Job summary

GO Car Wash is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to drive cross-functional campaigns, field programs, and launches with ownership and speed.

You will manage projects, align marketing, operations, and vendors, and ensure timely execution across 156+ sites nationwide while maintaining brand standards. This role is remote with up to 15% travel to accommodate kickoff events and field needs.

Qualifications

• ~3-5 years of marketing, marketing operations, project management, or related experience.
• ~Experience supporting multi-location retail, franchise, hospitality, automotive, or service-based businesses preferred.
• ~Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and follow-through.
• ~Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive accountability.
• ~Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• ~Thrives in a remote environment - self-directed, proactive, and accountable.
• ~Experience with vendors, agencies, and external partners.
• ~Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• ~Experience with project management platforms (Smartsheet, Asana, or similar) and marketing technology (HubSpot, Twilio, or similar).
• ~Bachelor's degree preferred, but demonstrated results matter more than credentials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, launch schedules, and implementation recommendations.
• Coordinate execution across Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, vendors, and field teams.
• Track deliverables, dependencies, risks, and milestones across multiple initiatives.
• Ensure projects move from concept through implementation and adoption.
• Maintain visibility into project status and proactively communicate updates.
• Spot problems and propose solutions, not just flags.
