Job summary

GO Car Wash is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to drive planning, execution, and cross-team coordination for campaigns and field programs. This remote role requires strong ownership, vendor collaboration, and a proactive approach in a fast-moving environment.

The position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and includes up to 15% travel within the US, with preferred locations near major airports. Join a growing, values-driven team focused on trust and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in marketing operations or related fields.
• Experience supporting multi-location retail or service businesses.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive accountability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Thrives in a remote, self-directed environment.
• Experience with agency/vendor management and marketing tech.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and launch schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with Marketing, Operations, and field teams.
• Track deliverables, risks, and milestones across initiatives.
• Maintain visibility into project status and communicate updates.
• Act as primary marketing contact for field teams.
• Manage marketing calendars, workflows, and operational processes.
• Oversee vendor briefs, budgets, and approvals.
• Own local listings and digital presence across 156+ sites.
• Turn data into reporting for leadership visibility.
• Ensure campaigns launch on time and on brand.
