Job summary

GO Car Wash seeks a Marketing Operations Manager to drive the engine of the marketing team. You will coordinate, execute, and ensure campaigns, field programs, and launches stay on time and on brand.

Remote role with up to 15% travel within the US; preferred locations include Kansas City, NYC, Austin, and San Antonio. Requires 3–5 years in marketing operations with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of marketing, marketing operations, project management, or related experience.
• Experience supporting multi-location retail, franchise, hospitality, automotive, or service-based businesses preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Thrives in a remote environment with proactive, self-directed work style.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, launch schedules, and implementation recommendations.
• Coordinate execution across Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, vendors, and field teams.
• Track deliverables, dependencies, risks, and milestones across multiple initiatives.
• Ensure projects move from concept through implementation and adoption.
• Maintain visibility into project status and communicate updates.
• Spot problems and bring solutions, not just flags.
