GO Car Wash is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to drive coordination, execution, and on-brand launches across the marketing team. This remote role involves cross-functional collaboration with operations, field teams, vendors, and leadership, with up to 15% travel within the US.

You will own project plans, schedules, and reporting to keep campaigns on time, ensure field readiness, and improve marketing processes.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of marketing operations, project management, or related experience.
• Experience supporting multi-location retail, franchise, hospitality, automotive, or service-based businesses preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, launch schedules, and implementation recommendations.
• Coordinate execution across Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, vendors, and field teams.
• Track deliverables, dependencies, risks, and milestones across multiple initiatives.
• Ensure projects move from concept through implementation and adoption.
• Maintain visibility into project status and proactively communicate updates.
• Spot problems early and propose actionable solutions.
