GO Car Wash is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to drive campaigns, field programs, and launches across the organization. You will own coordination, execution, and follow-through with cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership in a fast-paced remote setting.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in marketing operations or project management, experience with marketing tech (HubSpot, Smartsheet, Asana), and a track record of delivering on-time results while traveling up to 15% within the US.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in marketing operations, project management, or related roles.
• Experience supporting multi-location retail, franchise, or service-based businesses preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive accountability.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Thrives in a remote environment — self-directed, proactive, and accountable.
• Experience working with vendors, agencies, and external partners.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but demonstrated results matter more than credentials.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, launch schedules, and implementation recommendations.
• Coordinate execution across Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, vendors, and field teams.
• Track deliverables, dependencies, risks, and milestones across multiple initiatives.
• Ensure projects move from concept through implementation and adoption.
• Maintain visibility into project status and proactively communicate updates.
• Spot problems before they become fires and come to the table with solutions.
• Own the accuracy of local listings and digital presence across 156+ sites.
• Monitor marketing budgets, invoices, and vendor spending.
• Turn data into clear, actionable reporting for leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and field support processes.
