Job summary

GO Car Wash is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to drive coordination, execution, and timely launches across campaigns, field programs, and launches. You will partner with Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, vendors, field teams and leadership to keep initiatives on brand and on schedule.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous role, owns problems, proposes solutions, and excels at cross-functional collaboration in a remote-first environment with travel up to 15%

Qualifications

• ~3–5 years of marketing, marketing operations, project management, or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but demonstrated experience and results matter more than credentials.
• Experience with project management platforms (Smartsheet, Asana, or similar), marketing technology (HubSpot, Twilio, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, launch schedules, and implementation recommendations.
• Coordinate execution across Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, vendors, and field teams.
• Track deliverables, dependencies, risks, and milestones across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Oversee marketing calendars, launch schedules, and execution guides.
• Manage agency and vendor budgets, timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
• Own the accuracy of local listings and digital presence across 156+ sites.
