Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into scalable operational systems and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own budget planning, tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Design and improve intake, prioritization, governance, and workflow processes.
• Lead workforce and capacity planning, aligning staffing and workload distribution.
• Develop reporting frameworks delivering visibility into performance, financials and health.
• Support agency and vendor management processes and performance expectations.
