Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an experienced Marketing Operations leader to drive financial management, process optimization, and cross-functional planning across the consumer experience, insights, and analytics functions. The role emphasizes scalable processes, performance reporting, and alignment with strategic KPIs in a fully remote setting for select states.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in marketing or business operations, strong budgeting skills, and experience translating strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, finance, operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, business operations, finance, or related field.
• Experience managing budgets, operational processes, and performance reporting in a complex, cross-functional environment.
• Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, or process improvement certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Financial & Business Operations Management: Own budget planning, tracking, forecasting, and reporting while ensuring alignment to KPIs, OKRs, and ROI expectations.
• Process & Workflow Optimization: Design and continuously improve intake, prioritization, governance, and workflow processes to increase efficiency and reduce friction.
• Resource & Capacity Planning: Lead workforce and capacity planning, aligning staffing, agency utilization, and workload distribution to business priorities.
• Operational Performance & Reporting: Develop reporting frameworks, delivering clear visibility into performance, financials, and operational health.
• Agency & Vendor Operations: Support agency and vendor management processes, ensuring alignment with contracts, deliverables, and performance expectations.
