Advocate Health is seeking a senior professional to drive operational excellence across the marketing organization with focus on financial management, process optimization, and resource planning.

You will operationalize the portfolio and planning model to ensure efficient execution, financial discipline, and scalable processes, enabling measurable performance improvements across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, business operations, finance, or a related field.
• Experience managing budgets, operational processes, and performance reporting in a complex, cross-functional environment.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into scalable operational systems and measurable outcomes.
• Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, or process improvement certifications.

Responsibilities

• Financial & Business Operations Management: Own budget planning, tracking, forecasting, and reporting while ensuring alignment to KPIs, OKRs, and ROI expectations.
• Process & Workflow Optimization: Design and continuously improve intake, prioritization, governance, and workflow processes to increase efficiency and reduce friction.
• Resource & Capacity Planning: Lead workforce and capacity planning, aligning staffing, agency utilization, and workload distribution to business priorities.
• Operational Performance & Reporting: Develop reporting frameworks, delivering clear visibility into performance, financials, and operational health.
• Agency & Vendor Operations: Support agency and vendor management processes, ensuring alignment with contracts, deliverables, and performance expectations.
