Qualifications

• Ability to translate strategy into scalable operational systems and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own budget planning, tracking, forecasting, and reporting aligned to KPIs, OKRs, ROI.
• Design and improve intake, prioritization, governance, and workflow processes.
• Lead workforce and capacity planning, aligning staffing, agency utilization, and workload distribution to business priorities.
• Develop reporting frameworks, delivering clear visibility into performance, financials, and operational health.
• Support agency and vendor management processes, ensuring alignment with contracts and performance expectations.
