Advocate Health is seeking a seasoned Marketing Operations leader to drive financial discipline, process optimization, and scalable systems across a complex organization. You will own budgets, forecast accuracy, and performance reporting while guiding cross-functional teams and agency partners.

You will implement processes that improve efficiency, resource planning, and ROI, partnering with marketing, finance, and operations to deliver measurable outcomes in a large health system environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing operations, business operations, or related field.
• Experience managing budgets, processes, and performance reporting.
• Translate strategy into scalable operational systems with measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Financial & Business Operations Management: manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting to KPIs/OKRs/ROI.
• Process & Workflow Optimization: improve intake, prioritization, governance, workflows.
• Resource & Capacity Planning: align staffing and workload with priorities.
• Operational Performance & Reporting: develop clear performance dashboards.
• Agency & Vendor Operations: coordinate contracts and performance expectations.
