Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Marketing Operations leader to drive financial management, process optimization, and performance reporting across the marketing organization. You will operationalize the portfolio and planning model to ensure efficient execution, financial discipline, and scalable processes that support measurable, optimized performance.

You will lead budget planning, forecasting, and reporting while aligning with KPIs and ROI expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, finance, operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, business operations, finance, or related field.
• Experience managing budgets, operational processes, and reporting in a complex, cross-functional environment.
• Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, or process improvement certifications.

Responsibilities

• Own budget planning, tracking, forecasting, and reporting with KPI, OKR, and ROI alignment.
• Design and continuously improve intake, prioritization, governance, and workflows.
• Lead workforce and capacity planning, aligning staffing and workload with priorities.
• Develop reporting frameworks delivering visibility into performance and financial health.
• Support agency and vendor management with contracts, deliverables, and performance
