Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a seasoned Marketing Operations leader to drive financial discipline, process optimization, and performance reporting across the marketing function.

You will own budgeting, capacity planning, and agency/vendor operations, designing scalable workflows and delivering measurable outcomes in a complex healthcare setting.

A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in marketing operations or finance are required; Master’s and Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, business operations, finance, or related field.
• Ability to translate strategy into scalable operational systems and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Financial & Business Operations Management: budget planning, tracking, forecasting, and reporting aligned to KPIs.
• Process & Workflow Optimization: design and improve intake, prioritization, governance, and workflows.
• Resource & Capacity Planning: lead staffing, agency utilization, and workload alignment with priorities.
• Operational Performance & Reporting: develop reporting frameworks and provide visibility into performance and health.
• Agency & Vendor Operations: support management processes and ensure alignment with contracts and deliverables.
