Job summary

Advocate Health seeks an experienced Operations Leader to drive marketing operations, financial management, and scalable workflows. You will ensure budget discipline, design efficient processes, and provide performance reporting across a cross-functional organization.

The role focuses on aligning staffing, agency utilization, and workload distribution with business priorities while delivering measurable ROI and operational health insights. Fully remote role from eligible states in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, finance, operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, business operations, finance, or related field.
• Experience managing budgets, operational processes, and performance reporting in a complex cross-functional environment.
• Ability to translate strategy into scalable operational systems and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Financial & Business Operations Management: Own budget planning, tracking, forecasting, and reporting while ensuring alignment to KPIs, OKRs, and ROI expectations.
• Process & Workflow Optimization: Design and continuously improve intake, prioritization, governance, and workflow processes to increase efficiency and reduce friction.
• Resource & Capacity Planning: Lead workforce and capacity planning, aligning staffing, agency utilization, and workload distribution to business priorities.
• Operational Performance & Reporting: Develop reporting frameworks, delivering clear visibility into performance, financials, and operational health.
• Agency & Vendor Operations: Support agency and vendor management processes, ensuring alignment with contracts, deliverables, and performance expectations.
