Blackthorn.io is seeking a highly technical Marketing Operations Engineer to own the systems, tools, and processes powering our marketing engine. You’ll integrate Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Qualified, Apollo, and related apps, build automation, and deliver accurate performance reporting.

You’ll empower marketing, sales, and RevOps with scalable data flows, dashboards, and AI-assisted tooling, while maintaining data quality and driving campaign effectiveness in a remote-first, globally

Competenze

Experience in B2B marketing operations or similar technical role.
Strong knowledge of marketing tech stacks and data workflows.
Proficiency in building dashboards and reports.
Ability to own technical projects end‑to‑end.

Mansioni

Own and optimize marketing automation workflows, including lead routing and nurture campaigns.
Manage website updates, landing pages, forms, and CMS integrations using AI-powered and no-code tools.
Build dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, lead generation, and funnel metrics.
Maintain data accuracy and quality across marketing platforms and integrations.
Identify and resolve technical issues across marketing systems and APIs.
Partner with marketing, sales, and RevOps to improve lead management and conversion rates.
