Job summary

Blackthorn.io is seeking a Marketing Operations Engineer to own and optimize our marketing tech stack, including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and related tools. You will build scalable automation, ensure data integrity, and deliver actionable performance reporting across campaigns.

You will partner with marketing, sales, and revenue operations, design data flows, and drive improvements in lead routing, attribution, and ROI. This is a remote-friendly role with US-based eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience with MCP, AI tooling, Github operations.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce and marketing automation expertise.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Qualified, Apollo.
• Ability to design data flows and automation workflows.
• Ability to own technical projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage marketing tech stack and integrations.
• Build and optimize automation workflows and lead routing.
• Build dashboards and reports for campaign performance.
• Maintain data accuracy across platforms.
