Job summary

Blackthorn.io is seeking a Marketing Operations Engineer to own and optimize the marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud (Pardot), Qualified, Apollo, and related assets. You will build automation, improve lead routing, and deliver reliable dashboards across marketing campaigns.

The role requires hands-on experience with integrations, data quality, and campaign attribution, with a remote-first setup and flexibility to work across time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing operations or a technical role.
• Significant experience with Salesforce ecosystems and marketing automation.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, data flows, and automation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the marketing technology stack including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud (Pardot), Qualified, Apollo and website touches.
• Maintain integrations between marketing, sales, and revops systems.
• Build and improve marketing automation workflows, lead routing, segmentation, and nurture campaigns.
